Applications:
The products are used for automatic control of temperature, pressure
and inverter drive in production of POY, FDY and HOY of polyester,
polypropylene and polyamide, of which composite fiber, industrial
fiber, staple fiber, BCF, etc., can be made. The control of the spinning
system can be realized by either individual instrument or DCS computer
system (distributed control system). The main function of the products
is to fulfill the automatic control, parameter setting, recording
and alarming, etc., in the process of the spinning, drawing and winding
in the production line.
Main Characteristics:
¡ø DCS computer control system (distributed control system): Independent
CPUs of process control and data handling, automatic production control,
monitoring, parameter setting and adjustment, process interface displaying,
production report recording and alarming, etc..
¡ø Instrument control system:
¡ñ Extruder pressure control system is equipped with energy-saving,
a. c inverter speed regulation; self-adjusted PID control with control
accuracy of ¡À0.1%; and the function of manual and auto pressure switch-over,
upper and lower limit alarming and power cut protection.
¡ñ Temperature automatic control system is equipped with intelligent
instruments and solid state relayer; self-adjusted PID control with
temperature control accuracy of ¡À0.5%; individual point control by
individual instrument with temperature compensation and upper and
lower limit alarming and power cut protection.
¡ñ Frequency control system is equipped with imported inverter and
PLC with function of over-load, short-circuit and phase-failure protection.
