Spin-Draw Machine
Applications:
The machine adopts indirect or direct spinning process. The yarn is
made from the polymer which is extruded, filtrated, measured, and
the yarn goes through the spinneret, circular cooling device, oiling
device, drawing, feeding and then is laid in the yarn barrels.The
machine together with after-process equipment can be used for spinning
1.56-16.5dtex polyester yarn which can be blended with cotton, viscose
and wool.
The machine is made up of BHV453 type spinning machine, BHV473 type
winder and BHV484 type yarn barrel reciprocating device. The control
of motor adopts DCS control system or second intelligent instrument
control.
2¡¢BLHV464-Type Bi-component Staple Fiber Spinning &
Drawing Machine
Applications:
The machine is used for producing various bi-component staple fiber
for garment, industry and decoration. The two kinds of fully dried
chips are melted and extruded through extruder to the respective
melt pipe and then to the spin pack. where the two kinds of melt
meet. The mixed melt comes out from one spinneret, after cooling,
oiling, drawing and feeding, the filaments are put in the barrel.
The machine can produce the fiber of side-by-side, center hollow,
sheath-core, fragment and sea island.
