FEATURES：
● This quenching system is suitable for superfine denier polyester filament spinning （0.3≤dpf≤1.0）and higher quality of superfine polyester filament can be acquired on this quenching system.
● Reliable linear seal is applied between the blowing head area and spinning beam.
● The height of non blowing area is adjustable according to the spinning process..
● The ascending and descending of the system are realized with pneumatic cylinders。
● The circular blowing head is accurately located by location pins.
● Air consumption is reduced by 80%.
● Blowing air barrel providing uniform quenching air can be easily cleaned and replaced when necessary
